Order Processing
Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days after processing. A tracking code will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.

Returns and Refunds
If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement (including shipping) or refund of the damaged item.
Contact Us within 30 days (domestic orders) or 45 days (international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back, just send clear photo proof. Email me directly at devin@rabbittrailstudio.com.
